Vincent Gild

Vincent Gild (born 1974 in France) is a visual artist who lives and works in Burgundy. After early collaborations in music, notably with singer Nicolas Ker, and working as an assistant to sculptor Marian Fountain in Montmartre, he turned fully to painting and sculpture in 2008. A self-taught artist, he developed a distinctive practice combining oil, pigment, and resin to create richly textured surfaces. Influenced by Art Informel and Lyrical Abstraction, his work explores the interplay of material, chance, and spirituality. His works have been exhibited internationally in galleries and private collections.
